RETURNS POLICY
We make it a goal at The Golden Dose™ to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order was placed as long as the products are unopened, and returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. All returns must receive authorization from our customer service department prior to shipping products back to The Golden Dose. Probiotics are not eligible for return.
30 Day Return/Exchange Policy - If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from thegoldendose.com, please return them for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange your products, no restocking fee will be charged. All returned items must be in new unused condition and packaged/sealed in the original manufacturers' packaging. All products must be returned before a refund may be issued. After the return has been received, please allow 7-10 business days for your account to be credited.
